What Is Moonshine?

Moonshine is a clear, unaged distilled spirit typically made from corn mash. Traditionally associated with illicit distillation, modern moonshine is legally produced and offers a bold flavor that captures the raw essence of its ingredients.
We have 38 flavors in all. Our collection ranges from peach flavored moonshine to apple pie flavored moonshine. We even have Jalapeno and Pumpkin Spice.
Most of our flavored moonshine sits at 50 proof, which helps us create the best flavor profiles. However, we also have five 80 proof products, and our old-school corn whiskey, Crossroads #5, sits at 115 proof.
There is no trick to storing moonshine. Just store it like you would whiskey or vodka.
Yes. The idea behind our products is taste and variety, and because of that, we can make hundreds of cocktails. In fact, we are working on a 365-day calendar with a cocktail for each day!
All moonshine is typically gluten-free, as the gluten gets removed during the distillation. However, always check the product label or consult with us to be sure.
We do offer aged moonshine - it’s called Copper Moon. We take our corn whiskey base called Silver Moon, which we age for three years in oak barrels.
It all comes down to your flavor preferences. But whether you enjoy traditional or modern flavors, we’ve got a moonshine for you. Check out our collection to find your favorite flavor.
We offer tastings at our tasting room in Philomath, Oregon, and we join multiple events a year, such as Brewfests and Wine Walks in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley.
While you can order our products from anywhere in the US, we do not ship them across borders at present.
