No returns are allowed unless the beverages are spoiled, deteriorated, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for human consumption and with prior authorization from the retailer. Please see our SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY.
Tracking emails from our online liquor store are provided once the order has been fulfilled, where it will be handed off for further processing and shipment. Updates to the tracking provided will occur when the package has shipped and may not update until received by the local carrier completing its delivery in your state. Regular updates will continue to be provided as the carrier scans and delivers the package.
